Pratika Rawal was born on September 01, 2000, in Delhi. She started playing cricket at the age of 10 with her umpire father. She grew up through age-level groups, featured for Delhi, and eventually took charge of the U-23 team. In 2021, Pratika debuted in the Senior Women’s One Day Trophy playing against Delhi, and this marked the start of her domestic career.

Her aggressive batting style was in the spotlight when she had a remarkable 161 off 155 balls against Assam. She scored 411 runs in eight games, making an average of 68.50 in the 2023-24 season with two centuries.
